Mission: The Ellsworth Public Library is a vibrant and essential community resource, educating and inspiring the people we serve.
The Board of Trustees is made up of five members. They are elected by the voters of Ellsworth to three-year terms. Trustees must be residents and registered voters of the City of Ellsworth. Their meetings are open to the public and are held on the third Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm on the main floor of the library.
More information about the duties of the Board may be found in the City Charter.
