This is your chance to meet with Physical Therapist and Pelvic Floor Specialist Cheryl Rioux, MSPT of Coastline Physical Therapy! Cheryl will be speaking on pre-partum & post-partum Health, focusing on learning how to prepare your body for childbirth as well as how to restore your core and pelvic floor after delivery!
This talk will be downstairs in the Riverview Room at 5:30 PM on Wednesday, March 13th.
